Anyone else get one every single time they fly or barely sleep?
I can basically predict a cold sore now, red eye flight or a couple bad nights of sleep and I feel that tingle within a day or two. My friends think I am exaggerating but it has happened like six times in a row this year. Does anyone else have travel or lost sleep as their main trigger, and have you found anything in your routine that actually breaks the pattern? I am so tired of budgeting an extra week of hiding my lip after every trip.
The mental side is real, glad someone said it.
Reapplying after eating is my weak spot, working on it.
Yes, every single flight, I swear my body treats a red eye like a personal invitation and I wake up with that tingle before we even land. Sleep is the big one for me too, if I get under six hours a couple nights in a row I can almost set my watch by it.
