Does anyone else feel the tingle days before anything shows, or is it in my head?
I swear I can feel a weird tightness on my bottom lip two or three days before a cold sore actually appears, but sometimes nothing comes of it and I wonder if I am just paranoid. My partner thinks I am imagining it. Does anyone else get this early warning feeling, and if so, what do you do in that window?
Great question, and you are not alone with this. Catching the trigger early is where most of the difference comes from.
Not in your head at all, I get that weird itchy buzz a good two or three days before anything shows up and it took me years to trust it as a real warning sign. Honestly learning to listen to it changed everything for me.
