Winter is the trigger people forget
Everyone knows summer sun is a trigger, but cold, wind, and dry indoor heating are just as tough on lips. A cracked, chapped lip is an open door. In winter I protect against the cold the same way I protect against the sun in summer. Are your flares worse in summer or winter?
Do you reapply after eating and drinking? That is where I always seem to forget.
The tingle warning is real. If I catch it early enough I can usually keep it small.
Down to two a year now and this kind of reminder is why.
Going to try the reapply after eating tip, that is my weak spot.
