Anyone else replay every kiss from the last two weeks when you feel the tingle?

Felt that little itchy spot on my lip this morning and immediately started doing the math on who I have been near lately, like some kind of detective. My partner already knows and does not care, but my brain still spirals about whether I passed it to someone without knowing. Does this ever get quieter with time, or do you all still do the mental rewind every single time?

Welcome. The two things worth knowing early: it is very common, and it is far more preventable than most people realise.

Oh completely, I once spent a whole afternoon convinced I had doomed my boyfriend over a goodbye peck and then the tingle turned out to be nothing. The spiral is so much louder than the actual bump most of the time, at least for me.
