Does anyone else get one after a bad night of sleep, or is it just me?

I have started noticing that almost every time I pull a late night or wake up a bunch of times, I get that familiar tingle within a day or two. Stress I expected, but I never really thought about sleep being its own thing until I looked back at the last few months. Is this a known pattern for other people, and if so, has anything actually helped you protect your sleep when life gets busy?

Great question, and you are not alone with this. Catching the trigger early is where most of the difference comes from.

Definitely not just you, a rough night or two and I can almost feel that tingle coming the next afternoon like clockwork. I've started treating sleep like part of my prevention routine instead of just hoping for the best.
