Anyone else get one right after a long flight? Trying to work out if it's the dry air or the no sleep

Flew back from visiting family last week and by the second morning home I had the tingle, and it's happened after three of my last four long flights now. I honestly can't tell if it's the recycled cabin air drying my lips out for ten hours or just the fact that I never sleep properly on a plane. I've started drinking more water on board but that hasn't changed much. Has anyone actually figured out which part of travelling sets theirs off, and did anything help?

Yes, every single time, and I lean toward the no sleep because I get the same thing after a bad week even without flying. I now just plan on one showing up around day two and it stings a lot less when it feels expected instead of like a betrayal.

Yes, this happens to me almost every time I fly long haul, and honestly I think it's both plus the recycled cabin air drying my lips out for ten hours straight. What helped me a bit was keeping my lips covered the whole flight and actually trying to sleep instead of watching three movies, though I'm still not great at that second part.
