How long does your tingle window usually last?
For me it is maybe half a day between the first tingle and something showing. Curious how much warning others get, and whether it changes.

Thank you for sharing. For most people the biggest lever is daily sun protection on the lips, even on cloudy days.
Winter is worse for me too, the cold cracks my lips first.
Mine usually hangs around for a few hours before anything shows up, though sometimes it teases me for a whole day and nothing ever comes of it. I've learned that catching it in that window makes such a difference for how the whole thing plays out.
