Anyone track theirs in an app or journal?

I started noting mine down and the patterns are actually eye opening. Curious if others track, and what you have learned about your own triggers.

This is exactly the kind of thing the community is for. Small consistent habits beat any single fix, in my experience.

Stress is my number one trigger too, nothing else comes close.

I felt the same when I started, it does get easier.

I started keeping notes in my phone last winter and honestly it helped me spot that most of mine showed up a few days after ski trips or bad sleep. Nothing fancy, just the date and what was going on that week, but seeing the pattern made me feel way less blindsided.
