Anyone else break out after a dentist appointment?

Had a routine cleaning last Tuesday and by Friday I had a tingle on my lower lip, same thing happened after a filling two years ago. I am guessing it is all the stretching and prodding around the mouth, or maybe just the stress of being in the chair. Now I am half tempted to warn my dentist ahead of time, but that feels like a weird conversation. Does anyone actually mention it before appointments, or do you just deal with it after?

Same here, mine follow the seasons almost exactly.

Yes, every single time, I think all that stretching and prodding at my mouth just sets it off. I've started telling my dentist about it beforehand and being extra gentle with myself for a few days after, which seems to help a little.
