Fruit versus leaf graviola, and why it matters to us
Most graviola on the market is leaf-based. We chose fruit-pulp extract and test every batch for annonacin. This is an education thread, not medical advice: graviola is a supplement for general immune support, not a treatment for HSV. Ask away if you want the reasoning. Educational, not medical advice. Graviola is a supplement for general wellness, not a treatment for HSV.
I looked into this a while back and was surprised how different the leaf and fruit actually are, most of the research people cite is on the leaf so it bugs me when supplements don't even say which part they use. Honestly just knowing to check the label for that felt like a small win after years of guessing.
I felt the same when I started, it does get easier.

Honestly I never even thought to check which part of the plant was in my capsules until someone here mentioned it, so thank you for laying it out like this. Going to go squint at my bottle now.
