Winter flare season is starting for me

Every year around this time the cold and dry air kick in and so do the flares. Anyone else notice their season starting, and what are you doing about it?

Really glad you shared this. What has helped me most is treating it as a prevention question rather than a treatment one. Track your own triggers for a few weeks, get ahead of the risky days, and protect the lip barrier before the sun, wind, or a bad night of sleep can set things off.

Winter is worse for me too, the cold cracks my lips first.

Ugh, same here every year, the first cold snap hits and my lip starts tingling like clockwork. Hang in there, we all get through it together somehow.
