Does zinc help with cold sores?
Seen zinc mentioned for cold sores, both zinc oxide on the lips for SPF and zinc supplements. Has zinc actually helped your cold sore prevention or healing?

I've had mixed luck with zinc honestly, but taking it at the very first tingle seemed to shorten things for me more than starting late, so maybe give that a try and see how your body responds.
