Does diet make a difference for you?

I have read a lot about lysine and arginine but I am not sure how much is real. Has changing anything you eat actually reduced your outbreaks?

This is so me. You are definitely not alone with it.

Great question, and you are not alone with this. Catching the trigger early is where most of the difference comes from.

Catching the tingle early is everything for me.

For me it honestly seems to help, when I cut back on peanuts and load up on regular meals and sleep I get fewer outbreaks, but stress still sneaks one past me sometimes. Curious if anyone else notices the nut thing or if it's just me!

Protecting my lips before skiing changed everything for me.

For me it honestly seems to help, I noticed way fewer outbreaks after I cut back on peanuts and started eating more actual meals instead of snacking all day. Could be coincidence but at this point I'm too scared to go back to my old habits lol.
