We want you to be completely satisfied with your Labisan purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
- Contact info@labisan.shop to initiate your return
How It Works
- Email info@labisan.shop with your order number and reason for return
- You will receive return instructions and the shipping address in Vienna
- Ship the unused item(s) back in their original packaging
- Your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item
