Product Information

Labisan Protective is a cosmetic Lip Care product intended for external use only. It is not recommended for children under 5 years of age. Labisan Protective is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. For medical lip conditions, please consult your healthcare provider or ask your pharmacist about Labisan med.

Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped from Vienna, Austria, typically within 2 to 5 working days. Delivery times vary by destination. Orders outside Europe ship at a flat $19.99. Within Europe, shipping is free on orders over $49, and $9.99 on orders under $49. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Labisan Clinic

Labisan Clinic provides two things. The free instant assessment is general wellness guidance and a care plan. It is not a medical diagnosis and does not create a doctor and patient relationship. It does not replace a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

The optional paid Doctor Review is carried out by a qualified Labisan clinician who provides an assessment and treatment plan based on the information and photo you provide. A remote review based on a photo has limits, and the clinician may recommend that you are seen in person or that you have a test.

Not for emergencies. Labisan Clinic is not for medical emergencies. If your symptoms are severe, rapidly worsening, or you feel very unwell, seek urgent in person medical care or contact your local emergency services.

Eligibility and consent. You must be 18 or older. By using Labisan Clinic you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and you consent to us processing your photo and symptom data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your responsibility. Any guidance or plan is provided for your consideration. You remain responsible for your own health decisions and for following up with a healthcare professional where appropriate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Labisan is not liable for outcomes arising from your reliance on the free instant assessment.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria.
