Anyone else feel one coming on right when the weather turns cold?

Every year around the first proper cold snap I get that familiar tingle, almost like my lip knows before I do. I have started to wonder if it is the dry air, the wind on my face, or just the change catching my body off guard. Curious if others notice a seasonal pattern like this and what you do to get ahead of it.

Really glad you posted this. Prevention over treatment is the shift that helped me most, and it sounds like you are already there.

Yes, every single year the first properly cold windy week hits and I get that tingle on my lip like clockwork, it's honestly kind of eerie how predictable it is. I've started treating the first frost like a warning bell and just being extra gentle with my lips from then on, which helps a bit.
