Stress weeks are my worst weeks

Alex (Labisan) · 4d ago · 7 upvotes
I can almost predict an outbreak now: a stretch of short sleep and high pressure, and my lip starts tingling by the end of it. Stress and sleep quietly lower your defences even when nothing else changes. When work or life gets heavy, do you notice more flares too, and what helps you protect your sleep?

So true, mine are almost always after a rough week.

This is so me. The morning SPF habit was the single biggest thing that cut mine down.

Mine almost always follow a bad sleep week. Wish I had started tracking sooner.

Reflected sun off the water caught me out on holiday last year. Lesson learned.

Reflected sun is sneaky, it got me on holiday last year.
