Yes, completely, and it feels awful when they run up for a goodnight kiss and I have to turn my cheek and do a forehead kiss instead. I've started calling it "nose boops week" so my little one thinks it's a game, but honestly I still feel guilty every single time.
Down to about two a year now, prevention genuinely works.
I keep a balm in every pocket now, it really does help.
