Best SPF lip balm for cold sore prevention
Since UV is my main trigger I want a proper SPF lip balm. Looking for one with real broad spectrum protection that holds up outdoors. What SPF lip balm has actually helped your cold sore prevention?

A mineral zinc oxide SPF lip balm made the biggest difference for my prevention.

The key for me was reapplying, most lip SPF wears off fast.

Broad spectrum matters, UVA and UVB both, not just a number.
