What is your earliest tingle warning sign?

Alex (Labisan) · 7d ago · 5 upvotes
Most of us get a warning: a tingle, an itch, a tight spot, hours before anything shows. Knowing your own signal is the most useful thing you can learn, because the first 24 hours is when action matters most. What does yours feel like, and how early do you catch it?

How long after the first tingle do you usually have before it shows?

The tingle warning is real. If I catch it early enough I can usually keep it small.

Winter is worse for me too, the cold wind cracks my lips and that is when they come.
