The confidence part is real, this group helps with that.
Act at the first tingle, keep it protected, do not pick, that keeps mine smallest.
A patch can cover it and stop you touching it.
Thanks for posting. The thing I wish I had learned sooner is to respect the early tingle window and to protect proactively rather than wait.
